Custom Parts

When the Part No Longer Exists — We Make It.

Beyond restoration oversight, BEADICA can now recreate obsolete components through precision 3D scanning and printing.

Specialist craftsmanship during the restoration of a classic vehicle

When Originals Run Out

Many British and European classics depend on small parts that have long been out of production. A missing clip, knob or bezel can stall an otherwise complete restoration.

Rather than compromise originality, we recreate them — preserving the details that make a vehicle unmistakably of its era.

From Original to Era-Correct

  1. Scan

The original or surviving part is captured with a high-precision handheld 3D scanner.

  2. Model

The scan is refined into a printable model, repairing damage or wear where needed.

  3. Print

The component is produced in a suitable material on our enclosed, heated-chamber printer.

  4. Finish & Fit

The part is cleaned, finished and test-fitted to the vehicle.

A note on strength

Printed parts are ideal for trim, interior and non-structural components, prototypes and patterns.

Safety-critical, high-load or high-temperature parts (e.g. braking, steering, suspension or engine-bay components exposed to heat) are not suited to printing; for these, a printed part can serve as a pattern for traditional manufacturing. Each part is assessed individually.
